a minor quality-of-life update

So after the city level went out initially, we received some feedback. 

Feedback point number one was that a lot of people couldn't figure out how to complete the level. We've made a slight change to the final rooftop that will hopefully clarify that a bit for you all!

Feedback point number two was that while there were some areas where if you touched the ground, you died, there were others where you didn't. Fear not, you will now die no matter what part of the ground you touch!
